Liability Waiver and Agreement Form

I understand that interacting with farm animals and participating in activities provided by Pot of Gold Ranch involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Pot of Gold Ranch, its owners, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including personal injury or death, that may be sustained while participating in activities or being present at the event. Pot of Gold Ranch will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during participation.

Pot of Gold Ranch is committed to the health, safety, and well-being of all animals. We prioritize proper care, handling, and supervision at all times. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to treat all animals with respect and care. I understand that if any mistreatment, unsafe behavior, or disregard for animal welfare is observed, Pot of Gold Ranch reserves the right to immediately stop the interaction or service without refund.

I understand that I am responsible for supervising any minor(s) in my care at all times during Pot of Gold Ranch activities. I accept full responsibility for their safety, behavior, and any injuries or incidents that may occur. Pot of Gold Ranch will not be held liable for any injuries involving minors under my supervision.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this waiver.
