  • 🎬 Movie Night at Grand Haven 9!
    Join us for a fun evening at the movies with friends, food, and all the Sidekicks fun you know and love!

    *Level 1 Outing

    🕔 Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Time is tentative and will be updated once the movie schedule is released)
    đź“Ť Location: Grand Haven 9 Movie Theater (17220 Hayes St, Grand Haven, MI)

    🍽️ Dinner: Provided - We will be having an outdoor meal at one of the local parks, then staff will shuttle individuals over to the movie theater in the Sidekicks Van. 

    đź“Ť Pick-Up & Drop-Off Locations:
    Exact pick-up and drop-off locations will be communicated as we get closer to the event.- This will be in Grand Haven.

  • Reminder – No Early Drop-Offs

    • Staff will begin check-in no earlier than 4:55 PM.
    • While you may see staff arriving or preparing beforehand, participants cannot be dropped off early.
    • Please plan to arrive at the designated drop-off time to help ensure a safe, smooth, and organized start for everyone.

    📝 IMPORTANT – Sign In/Out Required:

    For the safety of all participants, you must sign your individual in and out with staff at both drop-off and pick-up. This will be done digitally with a staff memeber.
    Please do not leave or take your individual without checking in with a staff member.


    🎒 What to Bring / Wear

    • A filled water bottle
    • Addtional spending money for the movie theater- Optional

    • Be sure to add this outing to your schedule. To help you stay organized all summer long, we’ll send reminder emails each Sunday with details for the upcoming week


    âť— Cancellation Policy

    • Outings canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may still be invoiced. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the Cancellation Link on our website as soon as possible so we can adjust plans and offer the spot to someone on the waitlist.
    • Starting June 15, 2026, after a participant’s third cancellation within 7 days of an outing, that individual may be subject to removal from future programming.
    • To cancel participation in this outing, please complete the Cancellation Form at www.sidekickswestmichigan.org under the “Cancellation Link” tab.
