- For the safety and security of all participants, you must sign your individual in and out with staff at both drop-off and pick-up. This will be done digitally.
Please do not drop off or pick up your individual without checking in with a staff member.
Reminder ā No Early Drop-Offs
- Staff will begin check-in no earlier than 5:25 PM.
- While you may see staff arriving or preparing beforehand, participants cannot be dropped off early.
- Please plan to arrive at the designated drop-off time to help ensure a safe, smooth, and organized start for everyone.
š What to Bring:
- Dress for the weather
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Filled water bottle
- Eat prior to arrival
- Optional: Snacks or spending money
This event takes place near a body of water, as it is held in downtown Grand Haven where we will be around the Grand River, boardwalk areas, and nearby waterfront spaces. We want to make families aware of this in advance. If you have any concerns about your individual being near water, please connect with Sidekicks staff.

ā Cancellation Policy:
Outings canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may still be invoiced. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the Cancellation Link on our website as soon as possible so we can adjust plans and offer the spot to someone on the waitlist.
Starting June 15, 2026, after a participantās third cancellation within 7 days of an outing, that individual may be subject to removal from future programming.
