    Transportation Options:

    Option 1: Sidekicks Van

    • Drop-Off: 10:00 AM at Meijer (Letter K)
      Pick-Up: 6:00 PM at Meijer (Letter K)

    Option 2: Meet Near Location / Park & Ride

    • Drop-Off: 10:30 AM
      Pick-Up: 5:30 PM

    Important:
    For safety and accountability, all participants must be signed in and out by a guardian at both drop-off and pick-up. This will be done digitally with staff. Please do not drop off or pick up without checking in with our team.


    What to Bring & Know:

    • Expect to be on your feet for most of the day
    • All participants will visit both the water park and amusement park (no option to choose just one)
    • Be prepared to ride attractions with peers
    • Dress appropriately for the weather
    • Wear comfortable walking shoes
    • Wear a swimsuit under your clothes
    • If unable to independently change, the swimsuit will be worn all day
    • If able to change, dry clothes may be worn after the water park portion
    • Pack a towel and sandals (or plan to go barefoot at the water park)
    • Bring a filled water bottle
    • Pack a sack lunch- We will not be waiting in lines for food

  • Reminder – No Early Drop-Offs

    • Staff will begin check-in no earlier than 5 minutes before the outing start time. 
    • While you may see staff arriving or preparing beforehand, participants cannot be dropped off early.
    • Please plan to arrive at the designated drop-off time to help ensure a safe, smooth, and organized start for everyone.


    📝 IMPORTANT – Sign In/Out Required:

    • For the safety of all participants, you must sign your individual in and out with staff at both drop-off and pick-up. This will be done digitally with a staff memeber.
    • Please do not leave or take your individual without checking in with a staff member.

    • Be sure to add this outing to your schedule. To help you stay organized all summer long, we’ll send reminder emails each Sunday with details for the upcoming week.


    ❗ Cancellation Policy

    • Outings canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may still be invoiced. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the Cancellation Link on our website as soon as possible so we can adjust plans and offer the spot to someone on the waitlist.
    • Starting June 15, 2026, after a participant’s third cancellation within 7 days of an outing, that individual may be subject to removal from future programming.
    • To cancel participation in this outing, please complete the Cancellation Form at www.sidekickswestmichigan.org under the “Cancellation Link” tab.
