We are adding new registrations to the WAITING LIST as we are near capacity. Please ADD YOUR NAME, but wait on sending payment until we've confirmed that your child has secured a spot in the camp.
Cost per child:
- PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT WE CAN MOVE YOUR CHILD OFF THE WAITING LIST.
- $75 Earlybird (until June 15; payment must be received by June 15)
- $85 (June 16-30)
- Please contact us if you require financial assistance to make attending a reality.

Your registration is NOT confirmed until payment is received. Available spots are allocated on a first-paid basis.

Payment can be made by e-transfer to stbrunovbs@gmail.com. Please include your child(ren)'s name(s) in the memo field. Please contact Katie for alternate payment arrangements if e-tranfer is not an option for you.

- Note: We can accommodate a maximum of 12 kids in the 4yo group. Children registered for this group after the 12 spots are filled will be placed on a waiting list with no payment due unless your child is moved off the waiting list and given a place in the camp.

Waiting List
I acknowledge that NO PAYMENT IS DUE at this time. Payment will be due when we are moved to registered status, pending available space.
Waiting List Priority:

As we need more volunteers to open up additional child registration spots, priority for placement on the waiting list will be given to kids whose parents (grandparents, etc.) are able to serve as volunteers during Vacation Bible School.

IMPORTANT: Make sure that you click the [SAVE CHILD INFORMATION] button after entering each child's information.

Failure to press the SAVE button after your last entry will mean the last child's information will not be captured. If everything is saved correctly, you should see a new blank Child form on screen.
Please provide the following information for each child you are registering. Click the [Save Child Information] button after each child you enter. Clicking that button will also provide more space to enter additional children.
One last check -- Did you press the SAVE CHILD INFORMATION button after entering your final child's information above and see an additional blank record after your final child's record? (As you can probably tell, we've had past issues because of this unique quirk in our form :) )

Consent and Waiver

I understand that reasonable precautions will be taken to safeguard the health and well being of the participants in this VBS and that I will be notified as soon as possible in the event of an emergency. In the case of sickness or an accident, I authorize and consent the VBS Team, or other associated volunteers of the VBS program to obtain medical care from a licensed physician, hospital, or medical clinic for my son/daughter in the event that myself or other legal guardian(s) cannot be reached. I hereby do release and forever discharge this Parish, Diocese, St. Bruno VBS, and Cat.Chat Productions from all manners of actions, claims which I or the child named above shall or may have for any reason, arising during my child’s attendance of the VBS. Unless other written instruction is submitted, I also consent to allowing my child’s image to be recorded, either by photograph or video, and used during the VBS week or for future advertisement of Parish VBS programs. Any other use will require your further consent.
