ICLAD 2026 GenAI Chip Hackathon @ DAC
The ICLAD–DAC 2026 GenAI Chip Hackathon is a hybrid competition where participants use Generative AI to solve chip design problems across the RTL-to-GDSII flow. The competition includes an online development phase before DAC and an in-person finals phase at DAC 2026 in Long Beach on Sunday, July 26.Participants may register for one or both tracks: the Cloud Track, which allows the use of cloud-hosted LLMs, and the On-Prem Track, which focuses on resource-constrained local models running on laptops. Infrastructure and resources will be provided for both tracks.Please note that winners will be selected based on performance across the full competition, including the in-person finals. Registration requires participants to be available to attend the in-person event at DAC on July 26. Participants must also register for DAC or “I LOVE DAC” to access the in-person finals.
