Makeup Class Policy:

A student may attend a makeup class due to illness or scheduled holidays (see Semester Dates for listed holidays) at the same level or one lower with the Associate Director of the School's permission (instructor's will be notified of the students who will be attending their classes for make-up classes).

Please fill out the below form to send your request to our Associate Director of the School with:

*Dancer's name
*The Class you plan to plan to attend for a makeup class using the Class Code (Class Schedule)
*The date you wish to bring your student to the make-up class.

Please give 2-3 business days notice. So that we have time to make sure the class isn't full and that we have time notify the instructor the dancer is coming.

If you submit the day of the class you wish to attend the instructor's may not be notified and if the class is full your dancer may not be able to attend the class.

If a class is already full you will be notified by the Associate Director of the School beforehand to arranged for a different day/class/time for your dancer to attend a makeup class.

Semester Dates and Dates for No Classes

5 Week Semester:  June 15 - July 16, 2026

• No Classes: July 4–Independence Day (see make-up class policy) must be made up within the 5 week semester.

New All Summer Classes for Level 5-10:

• May 25–Memorial Day (Level 5-10 only)--not counted as part of the All Summer Classes.
• August 3–Summer Intensive (Level 5-10 only)--not counted as part of the All Summer Classes.
• August 5–Summer Intensive (Level 5-10 only)--not counted as part of the All Summer Classes.
• August 10–Summer Intensive (Level 5-10 only)--not counted as part of the All Summer Classes.
• August 12–Summer Intensive (Level 5-10 only)--not counted as part of the All Summer Classes.
