    Use this form to register your team for Kate’s Annual Golf Outing on Thursday, September 10th, 2026 at Deerfield Golf Club. Please note that all teams must have exactly 4 players. All participants must be at least 21 years of age. Registration begins at 8 am, and tee-off is 9 am. To register, a one-time registration fee of $550 is due at the time of sign-up. As a thank you, we will be providing each player with a swag bag and breakfast. An after party will follow at Klondike Kate's.
