The week of July 4th is our 'all hands on deck' time. Are you available to work increased hours during that peak week, including the holiday itself and the day after?
Our tents often stay busy late into the evening. Do you have reliable transportation for shifts that might end after dark?
Are you comfortable being on your feet for long periods and occasionally lifting boxes up to 50lbs?

Safety is our #1 priority. Are you comfortable strictly enforcing 'No Smoking' and safety perimeter rules with customers, even if it feels awkward?
Seasonal work is a sprint, not a marathon. What motivates you to show up with high energy every day for a short, busy season?

We use a digital point-of-sale system for checkouts. On a scale of 1–10, how comfortable are you with learning new apps or tablet-based registers?

Do you have a working smartphone with data to stay in touch with the team and receive inventory updates?
If the power or internet goes out and we have to do manual math (including sales tax), how confident are you in your ability to calculate a total for a customer?
Working in a tent can be dusty and hot. Are you comfortable following a simple dress code (e.g., company t-shirt and closed-toe shoes) for safety and branding?
If a customer is undecided between two different 500-gram cakes, what questions would you ask them to help them make a choice?
How would you handle a customer who is frustrated because a specific item they wanted is out of stock?
