    Type of Event: Summer Events (Vendors, bounce houses, games for kids and more)

    Date: May 22nd, 2026

    Time: 5:00-7:00pm

     

     

    Vendor Details:

    Set Up Time: 3:00pm

    Clean Up Time: 7:00-8:00pm (VENDORS MUST BE COMPLETELY CLEANED BY 8PM)

    Fee: $15 Includes ONE 6 foot table, and two metal chairs (Community groups and businesses selling servcies may vary)

    Rain or Shine- No refunds!

    Small Event: No dupilcate vendors!

    Guest Count: Unknown--- NEW EVENT

     

    Requirements: 

    Vendor set ups MUST be limited to ONE table and NO hanging or free standing racks/shelfs. 

    Vendors MUST be able to transport items from a distance, as pulling up to their spot is NOT allowed due to safety issues. 

    All vendors will be required to park in the Village of Justice parking lot. 

    Vendors are required to unload/transport/load their items themselves. There will be no Justice Park District Staff assistance. 

    No electricty, and tents MUST be weighted down. 

    Pre packaged food MUST be sealed and labeled (Ingredient list must be attached or visble at booth)

    This applciation is NOT by first come first serve basis. All applciations will be reviewed and chosen by JPD based on variety of vendors. 

    If a vendor is chosen, JPD staff will be in contact via email with payment link. Link MUST be paid within 3 days or space MAY be given to another vendor.
