4. The current annual dues are $60 first established in our bylaws in 1982. For perspective, the average cost of gas in Louisiana in 1982 was $1.28-$1.30 per gallon. Other costs in 1982: A dozen eggs for $.90 and a gallon of milk was $1.20. What monthly increase would you consider to be reasonable?$60/year is $5 a month for HOA dues.
