Parents/guardians and students are expected to read the Timber Creek Falcon Band Handbook prior to submitting registration. Acknowledgement and acceptance of the handbook and district policies are required fields of this online registration process.  Before proceeding, go to https://www.timbercreekband.org/formshandbook to read:

2. KISD Extra Curricular Code of Conduct policy and 
3. UIL Marching Band Acknowledgement form

These policies are in place for the best interest and safety of the band program.

Best practice for navigating this online form:

Utilize the SAVE button (icon of disk) at the bottom of the form to receive a link of the partially completed form. Clicking SAVE will generate a pop-up window from Jotform. Click “Skip Create an Account” at the bottom and enter email address to receive a link and come back to the partially completed form.

We have made every effort to put our forms in a digital format for {studentName} and your family. The first form TC Band Student Medical Form is the only paper form that is requested to be completed and turned to a Keller ISD employee at Registration Day.

1. Timber Creek Falcon Band Handbook

This handbook serves as a comprehensive resource regarding membership responsibilities, program policies and activities of the Timber Creek High School Band. Student members and parents should familiarize themselves with the contents of the band handbook.

By signing below, {studentName}, agrees to all of the terms detailed in the Timber Creek HS Band Handbook. I have read through the document in full with my parent(s) and/or guardian(s) and understand my responsibilities and duties in being a member of the Timber Creek Band. I have reviewed all dates on the band calendar and understand my role and time commitment.

This handbook is designed to function in harmony with the KISD Student Code of Conduct.

Please choose at least one area to volunteer this year. If you're new to our program, feel free to try several different areas so you find the right fit! 1) Keller ISD Band Participation Fees

Band participation fees should be paid to Keller ISD according to the activities listed in the Fee & Payment Schedule, which you reviewed and accepted earlier.

If you already paid the $100 audition deposit, please select "TCHS Band Partial Participation Fee" when completing your payment.

Prefer to pay with cash or check?
Checks made out to Timber Creek High School will be accepted at the Payments Table on Registration Day.

2) Pay Band Parent Association (BPA) Fees

Make payment online before May 15 to avoid the line on registration day.
