You qualify for a rebate if:
- The candidate you donated to signed up for the City of Markham's candidate contribution rebate program.
- You haven't donated more than $1,200 to any single candidate, or more than $5,000 to multiple candidates running for Markham City Council in the same election.
- You are a Markham voter or Permanent Resident of Canada residing in Markham
You can claim one 75% rebate (up to $150) based on the sum total of all eligible donations you make to one or more participating candidates in the same election.
