Participation in outdoor activities, including fishing, involves inherent risks including but not limited to drowning, slips, falls, fishing equipment injuries, wildlife exposure, and weather-related hazards, and that the participant voluntarily assumes all risks.

The participant releases and holds harmless Kati and Jake Chumley, property owners, organizers, and volunteers from any liability, claims, or damages, including injury or death, even if caused by negligence to the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law.
