Parent Volunteer Commitment

Every family is required to sign-up for a committee and supervise 3 rehearsals during the production of the show. Rehearsals are Mondays, Thursday from 6-9pm and Saturdays from 9am-12:00pm, with occasional rehearsals going to 2:00pm. There will be a SignUp Genius posted for Rehearsal Supervision on the Parent Page on the KMT website. We will verify participation; a $250 fee is added to your family's program fees and will be removed once completed. Committees available for sign up at our Parent Meeting on August 31.

Production Fees

Fees pay for all production costs and instruction associated with this show. Your cast member will also receive a show t-shirt, YouTube link to show, and Strike Party Meal.
Audition fee $55 ($50, if paid with Cash or Check only) per cast member family, due at Auditions. 2nd (or more) cast member siblings will not pay this fee and is your multiple sibling discount.

Registration $470 ($450, if paid with Cash or Check only) per cast member, due on Monday, August 31st.

If paying by Cash or Check Only, you may pay in these installments:
- $150 due August 31st, 2026
- $150 due September 28th, 2026
- Remaining balance due October 26th, 2026
NEW sponsorships you secure, by October 26th, 2026, will be applied to your registration fee up to $500.00.
Ticket Commitment

Every cast member is required to sell at least 10 tickets. Minimum of 20 tickets per family with more than one cast member.
Tickets sell for $20 each, BUT we offer a cast discount of $5 per ticket.

Your ticket commitment is $150.00 (10 @ $15.00 each). No up-front cost to each cast member. Minimum of 10 ticket sales per cast member (minimum of 20 tickets for multiple cast member families).

A discount ticket code will be provided for every family to share with friends and family members. Your account will be credited for every online ticket sale using that code.

A prize for most tickets sold by a cast member will be awarded at the strike party.

Ticket costs are added to your family's program fees until each cast member's ticket sales are confirmed. Once confirmed, this cost will be removed from your balance owed. If the required number of tickets are not sold, prior to Monday, November 16, 2026 (the start day of Tech Week), each family is responsible for paying the remaining balance of the ticket commitment.

VIP Tickets will be counted as 2 tickets toward your ticket sales commitment.
