4. Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Terms:
100% of the total amount is payable at the time of signing the Certification Agreement.
The remaining balance shall be payable on the day of the audit unless otherwise agreed.
2. Taxes:
Applicable taxes shall be charged extra in accordance with current government regulations.
3. Additional Expenses:
Travel expenses of assessment staff shall be charged at actual cost from the nearest CAS office.
Boarding and lodging expenses shall be charged at actual cost when overnight stays are required.
4. Certification Process:
Certification shall be conducted in accordance with the Certification Agreement and applicable accreditation requirements.
The validity of the certificate is contingent upon continued compliance with certification requirements.
5. Accreditation Scope:
For scopes not currently covered by accreditation, a non-accredited certificate may be issued.
An accredited certificate may be issued later once accreditation is granted, subject to mutual agreement.
6. Changes in Requirements:
Any changes in rules, requirements, or methodologies issued by accreditation bodies shall apply to both CAS and the client as necessary to maintain certification validity.
7. Cancellation:
If the applicant cancels after accepting the Certification Agreement, any advance or charges paid shall not be refundable.

Payment may be made by cash or bank transfer as follows:
