Please review the information below carefully. By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms for participation in Puppy Mill Awareness Day.
Event Set Up & Tear Down
A booth space of 10’ x 10’ will be provided for each vendor. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, and other necessary booth furnishings. Electricity will not be provided. Booth set-up will take place on Saturday, September 19, 2026 between 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Vendors are responsible for providing volunteers to assist with unloading, setup, breakdown, and reloading of booth materials. Immediately following the event, all items must be removed from the venue no later than 3:30 p.m. An additional fee may be applied for late removal. All belongings and waste must be removed and disposed of properly. Any merchandise or display materials left behind will not be the responsibility of event management and will be removed from the property.
Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are required to staff their booth at all times during the event. The vendor understands that other vendors offering similar products or services may also be present. Event organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse any vendor application.
Proof of Insurance
All nonprofit organizations participating in this event that are bringing animals are asked to carry and provide proof of general liability insurance. This insurance should cover claims made by third parties for bodily injury or property damage that may occur during participation in the event.
Responsibility of Hosting Party
Neither Zoe’s House nor Adopt A Pet, Inc., including its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, or agents, will be held responsible or liable for injury to any person, loss or damage to vendor property, or loss or damage to any person or animals while in transit to or from the event area or while in the event area. The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Zoe’s House and Adopt A Pet, Inc. from any and all liability, damages, or claims arising from actions of the vendor, their representatives, employees, or animals.
Animals
Vendors may bring pets. However, all animals must be on a leash at all times or kept in an enclosed area. All animals must be healthy, current on vaccinations, and properly socialized. Any animal displaying inappropriate behavior must be removed immediately. Vendors are responsible for all cleanup related to their animals, including accidents and outdoor relief areas. All vendors bringing animals must provide water bowls at their booths.
Flexi / Retractable leashes are not allowed
Food & Beverage
Food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the event.
Payment Terms
Payment must accompany this agreement and be received no later than August 10, 2024. Checks drawn on a U.S. bank should be made payable to: Adopt A Pet, Inc, c/o Carol Araneo-Mayer, 3 Curaco Avenue, Toms River, NJ 08753. Payments may also be made via PayPal using: Spayme@aol.com.
