Sound Gear Sponsor - $1,250 (2 sponsors) : You are the heart of the show! Without sound, we have no Small Town Music Fest! If you sponsor the sound, you will receive a HUGE banner at our sound booth, on stage mentions throughout the day thanking you for providing sound, a social media post with your logo/image/and blurb you write, and if we do any appearances on local podcasts/radio stations, you’ll get a mention on there as well!
Band Support - $250: Basic package that still does amazing things! You essentially are the sponsor of that particular band and will get a mention when the band is introduced, as well as when their set is over. Guaranteed 2 mentions on stage when your sponsored band performs and social media mentions when we thank all event sponsors.
Tier 2 - $450 (8 total): Guarantees at least 4 mentions on stage (before and after bands specifically thanking you for supporting them), and small logo on the stage banners. You will also receive a dedicated social media post on the Small Town Music Fest socials.
Tier 3 - $750 (4 total): Guarantees a minimum of at least 6 mentions on stage, a large logo of your business on the stage banner, and a booth spot in our vendor pit! Also, you’ll receive an exclusive social media post featuring your logo and a description you write.
Stage Sponsor - $1,000 (2 total): This is the ultimate sponsorship! Just imagine; your company name and logo on its own banner! You’d co-own the stage that day with another local business (unless you want to be awesome and take BOTH stage sponsorships)! You'll get mentions throughout the entire day (10 total guaranteed), a booth spot in our vendor pit, and an exclusive social media post thanking you as a stage sponsor with a description you write! “Welcome to the your business name stage!” ALSO, if we end up going on any radio stations to discuss Small Town, you’ll get a shoutout there as well!
Vendor Pit sponsorship - $600: What’s a kickass music fest without some vendors and food trucks? Welp, the area where all the vendors are located, which we are calling the Vendor Pit, will have your business name added to the title! Imagine it….we will announce to the crowd throughout the day to check out the “YOUR BUSINESS Vendor Pit!” and will have a banner with your logo on it within the vendor pit! Not to mention when we post on social media about the vendor pit, and email folks asking them to sign up, we will ask them to be a part of the YOUR BUSINESS Vendor Pit!
