• All applications must be submitted by close of business 20th May.
• Successful applicants will be advised by end of May. We cannot guarantee space for all applications.
• Payment - all stalls should be paid on confirmation of successful application. Payment by bank transfer must be made by 5th June. Any not paid for by this date will be discarded.
• Stallholders must have all relevant Licences/Certificates/Insurances, including Public Liability Insurance and an appropriate Food Handling certificates - to be sent with this application.
• All stallholders must follow health and safety guidelines supported by the Organisers.
• Only the ‘activities/services/items for sale’ detailed on this form can be sold/provided.
• Stallholders may only use silent running generators at the Show.
• Please do not have balloons or streamers at your stall - these are dangerous for the animals that live in the walled garden and cause a lot of litter.
• No sound systems or speakers - no audio/music may be played.
• No use of space outwith your table and chairs.
• Stallholders must remove all litter and packaging from their stall and surrounding area; the stall must be left as found.
• The Organisers reserve the right to refuse any application and to halt any activity/ behaviour which does not have their prior approval, is inappropriate, or causes unacceptable disruption, offence or safety issues; stallholders may be asked to leave and shall forfeit all fees paid.
• Stallholders who have paid but then cancel/fail to exhibit, shall forfeit all fees paid.
• The allocation of pitches will be at the discretion of the organisers.
• Stallholders may set up from 9am, set up must be completed by 11.30am. Vehicles must be removed after unloading from the Walled Garden no later than 11am and cannot return until event closes. Guidance shall be offered in advance.
• Stallholders shall not have any claim against the Organisers if the Party or any part thereof fails to be held.
• Stallholders shall assume full responsibility, including: pitch security; liability for all claims arising, handling, housing or storing of stock/exhibits; the conduct of the exhibitor/ staff/volunteers; any accident, damage, or loss however caused, that may occur. The Organisers will not be responsible in any way.
