All reservations must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 10, 2026. Any reservation postmarked or paid through PayPal after June 10, 2026, will be considered unreserved. Unreserved parking is $75.00/day. Parking may be paid via PayPal or check prior to arrival; however, parking purchased when you arrive at the venue must be made by cash or check.

Any refunds made prior to June 10, 2026 are subject to $15 surcharge; No refunds after June 10, 2026. All parking is at your own risk. The Flathead Kennel Club, the Electric City Kennel Club and the Montana Expo Park assume NO responsibility for fire, theft, and/or damage to any vehicle or its contents.

Electricity and/or water MAY be available but are not guaranteed. Handicap overnight parking is limited and requests must be accompanied by copies of placards or plates. Proximity to the show arena is not guaranteed. However, access to the arena will be on a smooth surface.

The Parking Committee will assign places in the order each reservation is received but reserves the right to park vehicles by size and need as to best benefit the operation of the show. All vehicles must vacate the premises within two hours after Best in Show on SUNDAY, JUNE 28, 2026, unless a reservation is made for Sunday night. Any misrepresentation of information will be subject to additional fees.

NO SELF PARKING. ENTER AT THE WEST GATE (ALSO IDENTIFIED AS ORANGE GATE) USE ONLY THE ENTRANCE GATE ON 6th STREET NW. PARKING ENTRY WILL BE AVAILABLE AT 2:00 PM ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24, 2026.

NOTE: Whether paying via mail or PayPal, reservation forms without payment or payment without forms will have parking spaces assigned ONLY when payment & forms are BOTH received.

If mailing entries, complete the form on the next page and it with a check drawn on a U.S. account only payable to Flathead Kennel Club. A $2.50 per day transaction fee will be added to payments made through PayPal. You can pay with a credit card at this site; you do not need a PayPal account. DO NOT PAY THROUGH YOUR PERSONAL PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

NOTICE EXHIBITORS: Anyone using areas designated for overnight parking (see map) for grooming/pen setups that are left overnight must reserve the parking space at the normal overnight parking rate. Though no people will be "camping", the equipment would be occupying an overnight camping space. If the Parking Chair finds a space occupied without a parking reservation, the occupant will be assessed a late parking fee for the number of days used. THERE IS NO DAY PARKING IN THE AREAS DESIGNATED AS OVERNIGHT PARKING, UNLESS ONE HAS RESERVED OVERNIGHT PARKING.

Note: Extra vehicle payment does not include the right to a tent space in the adjacent area. All drivers/passengers must occupy the same sleeping quarters, or an additional parking space must be reserved.

All grass locations are a minimum of 5 minutes walking to the event arena.
