  • Please select the answer that best represents you
  • We value your interest and want to accommodate as many Master Gardeners as possible.

However, we align our registration process with DCMGA's primary mission of Educating the Public.

Therefore, we do not admit any Master Gardeners until half of the seats in the course are filled by the Public.

We encourage you to fill out and submit a registration form with the understanding that you will be placed on a first-in, first-out waiting list that we monitor closely and will let you know as soon as slots become open.

You will be contacted if a seat in the course is available and you are the next Master Gardener on the list.

We ask that you let us know as soon as you can, if you are still willing to claim a seat. If not, we will offer the seat to the next Master Gardener on the wait list.

When contacted, you will be asked to return to the course registration link to officially register for the course which will allow you to pay for the course and to secure your seat.

For questions, comments or concerns please email ekd@dcmga.com

6/7/2026 Added condition to show SUBMIT button when MG's register.  Discussed with Carol.

5/4/26 per Carol, change conditions to allow MG's to register for vlass
    5/2/26
Sent out emails to all submitters with corrected class date/time/location because of the error in the confirmation emails. (The emails are listed in settings/emails and the history of which email was sent to what submitters are listed on the added Table Columns. Note: in the table, there are starred entries - the entries for Carol and I are TEST entries to proof the correction emails. There is one entry where a Intern tried to use the MG option instead of the Community/Intern options (how we found the MG Condition error) that resulted in a submission but no payment (Intern re-registered correctly). And lastly there are two entries that Carol brought over from the January Class - one for a single and one with a companion that were manually entered into the table since they pre-paid in January.

5/1/26 Corrected the class time/date/location on the MG and Community confirmation emails and fixed the MG option to include a submit button in the condition.

4/18/2026 Clone this from the Jan 2026 registration. New dates for the July class replaced the January dates.

Added back in the MG Conditions to receive Waitlist status and submit without paying. **Additional cloning of the Jan MG form to a July form and a Table (from Carol or using a sorted table on this form of MG waitlist individuals) along with creating an email with pre-fills for each MG will have to be done, when Carol is ready to open Payment to MG's on the waitlist once she has confirmed them.

Tested each of the conditions - Community - with and without companion. Non-MG Intern that wants to register as public and rebuilt the MG conditions.

Notes from Previous Registration Jotform for January 2026

1/5/2026 Added condition for companion name to show if companion option is chosen on the form.

1/4/2026 Carol is ready to open the registration to MG's now that she has received registrations from 12 MG's on the waitlist that were received prior to 1/4/26. In order to allow MG's to register, the condition for "I am a MG" was changed from Skip to Page 2 to skip to page 4 to allow the MG's to register just like other community members.

This next step wasn't necessary but was done - The original paragraph telling MG that they had to go to the waitlist was hidden along with the TY message.

Because we are now skipping to Page 4, the submittal button and print buttons on this page are both deleted from page 2 prior to the Thank you statement. To re-enabled Page 2, the conditional will have to be changed from page 4 back to page 2, and the Submit and print buttons should be added back before the Thank you statement on page 2, after the cloning of this form for the next class (June 2026).

All three conditions were tested after the changes were made to ensure that all three end up at page 4 registration and payment.

1/2/2026 An Excel copy of the table for this form was filtered for just the MG's that were waitlisted. A new standalone table was created, a new MG only registration form was created from the )an 2026 form.

Pre-fill links were created in the Jan 3026 MG Only form and sent to Carol Arment. Carol had a template email that she inserted these links in to tell the MG they had been moved from the waitlist to attend.

Carol sent these emails and all 12 of the MG's registered by 1/4/2026. A copy of the MG Only registration table is tab 2 of this form.

12/17/2025 revised all ekd@dcmga.com some were still ekd@gmail.com - added the Courthouse address to the intro paragraph.

    12/16/2025

Ricky Wilkins created a new email for EKD. Ekd@dcmga.com. This was replaced on the body of the form, on the thank you page, on the participants confirmation email. Also added the EEO and disability statements to the participants confirmation email.

Carol Arment asked for the DCMGA.ekd@gmail.com email to be removed from the notification email of this form.

Johanna made edits on form 11/14/2025

Carol returned changes 11/12/25 that she wants to the existing state of the form. She has until Wednesday 11/19/25 to get her qr code and link to Donna Hull for publication in the December Root.

The form was modified and then re-worked to put the pages in a logical order and tested. Draft copies were sent to Carol 11/11/25 for review. A URL and QR Code were sent at her request to use for Communications (Root/FB)

This form was originally cloned from the July 2025 for the Jan 2026 class on 10/30/25. The new PayPal interface was added.

    Creation date:10/30/25
