    Summer Arts Festival Registration Form 2026

    These forms are required for your children to attend Summer Arts Festival (SAF). Camp costs $20 per child. We will have NEW SAF t-shirts this year! T-shirts cost additional $5 per child.
  • Kindergarten-1st grade will have their own program throughout the week full of many different art activities, which means they won't choose any classes.  Students in 2nd-6th grade will engage in one Art Course for the entire week. 

    Please choose your child's first preference (those in 2nd-6th grade), as well as a second preference in the event that their first preference fills up.  See class descriptions here.

  • Emergency Contacts/Authorized Pickup

    Parents cannot be listed as emergency contacts. List the name of at least one person who can be contacted in the event of an emergency or illness if you cannot be reached. Any person listed should be able to assist in contacting you. At least one person listed must be within one hour of Trinity Bible Church, able to take responsibility for the child in case the parent/guardian cannot be contacted and should be at least 18 years of age. The first emergency contact must live no more than 1 hour away and be over the age of 18.
