I understand that I am responsible for my vehicle and any personal property brought to the event. By participating in the Father’s Day Car Show at Walnut Springs Winery, I agree to follow all event rules, staff directions, and parking instructions. I understand that arrival for registered vehicles is between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, and all vehicles must be parked by 5:00 PM. I also understand that event organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes for safety, weather, or event operations.
I acknowledge that Walnut Springs Winery, event sponsors, and affiliated staff are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to my vehicle or belongings, except as required by law. I grant permission for photographs and video of me and my vehicle to be taken during the event and used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without additional compensation.
