Please upload clear photos of your natural brows in natural lighting, without brow makeup or filters.

This allows me to properly assess your brow condition, facial balance, and determine the most appropriate treatment plan for your brows.

All photos are kept completely confidential and will never be shared without your full permission.

Please select the service you’re interested in:

• Online Consultation (15 minutes)
  A $100 non-refundable consultation fee is required. This will be credited toward your initial appointment should you choose to move forward.
  
  
• Powder Brows (No Previous Permanent Makeup)
  Designed for first-time clients seeking soft, natural, and refined brows.
  $700 initial session + $300 required follow-up session
  
  
• Cover-Up / Correction Brows (Previous Permanent Makeup) | Previous work is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  For clients with existing brow work requiring correction or refinement.
  $900 initial session + $300 required follow-up session

Booking & Reservation Policy
Appointments are confirmed only once both sessions are reserved.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required for each appointment to secure your reservation. This retainer will be applied toward your final balance on the day of your service.

Please note:

 

In-studio appointments (Powder Brows procedures) are held on Thursdays, Fridays, and select Saturdays between 12:00–4:30 PM.

Online consultations are available on Tuesdays between 12:00–4:00 PM.

SECTION 5 — NEXT STEP PREFERENCE

Please note:

If you choose to begin with a 15-minute online consultation, appointments are available on Tuesdays between 12:00–4:00 PM.
If your application is accepted, you will receive a booking link to select a time that works for both of our schedules.

If you prefer to move forward with booking, you will reserve both your initial session and your 5–8 week follow-up. In-studio appointments are held on Thursdays, Fridays, and select Saturdays between 12:00–4:30 PM.
Once accepted, you will receive a booking link to secure both appointments and submit your retainers. Appointments are confirmed only once both sessions are reserved.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required for each appointment to secure your reservation. This will be applied toward your final balance on the day of your service.

SECTION 6 — FINAL AGREEMENT

 

• I understand that submitting this form is a request for an appointment or consultation and does not guarantee booking until my eligibility is reviewed.
  
  
• I understand that Powder Brows is completed over two required appointments, including the 5–8 week follow-up session.

• I understand that previous permanent makeup cases are reviewed individually and acceptance is not guaranteed.
