VSR Annual Meeting Fellow Support Intake Form
The VSR Annual Meeting will take place Friday, October 2- Sunday, October 4th, 2026 at the Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, VA. To qualify for support to attend, you must be a current fellow or student at an accredited Virginia based Rheumatology program. If selected, support includes up to 3 nights of hotel at the Kingsmill Resort (booked by the VSR) and a $300 reimbursement of other expenses associated with attendance (eg. mileage to and from the Kingsmill & meals). Meals will only be reimbursed if the conference is not providing melas during that time. Conference registration is free for students, residents and fellows. In order to receive reimbursement proper receipts must be provided. Mileage will be reimbursed at the prevailing government rate. For questions, please contact Carly (VSRDirector@ramdocs.org)
