  • Vintage Market Vendor Application – Oliver’s Marketplace

    We are so excited to introduce our First Annual 2-Day Vintage Market at Oliver’s Marketplace! This special event will bring together a curated mix of vintage, antique, and unique vendors for an amazing weekend of shopping inside the Great Lakes Mall.

    Event Details:
    🗓 Saturday: October 3rd 11 AM – 6 PM
    🗓 Sunday: October 4th  11 AM – 3 PM

    Important Note:
    While the official event begins at 11 AM, the mall opens early for walkers starting at 9:30 AM. We highly recommend being fully set up and ready to go by this time, as early foot traffic can be a great opportunity for sales.


    Set-Up Information:

    Friday early set-up: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
    Saturday morning set-up: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
    Detailed set-up instructions will be emailed the week of the event

    Booth Information:

    Each vendor space is 10x10
    This is an indoor mall event—booths must be clean, organized, and visually appealing
    No storage space is available behind booths
    Booths will be set up back-to-back—please be mindful and respectful of your neighboring vendors
    Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, displays, and setup materials unless otherwise arranged

    Vendor Expectations:
    We strive to create a high-quality shopping experience for our customers. Vendors are expected to:

    Maintain a neat, professional, and fully stocked booth throughout the event
    Stay for the full duration of both days (no early tear-down)
    Be present, engaged, and ready to assist customers
    Price items clearly
    Keep displays within your assigned space
    Respect fellow vendors and shared space

    What Can Be Sold:
    This is a vintage-focused market, and we are looking for a cohesive mix of:

    Vintage and antique items
    Repurposed, upcycled, or refinished goods
    Vintage-inspired handmade items
    Collectibles, décor, furniture, clothing, and specialty goods
    Please note: Direct sales, mass-produced items, or products that do not fit the vintage/antique theme may not be accepted.


    Jury Process:
    This is a juried event to ensure a balanced and unique vendor mix.

    Applications will be reviewed based on product type, quality, and overall fit with the market
    We aim to limit duplicate items to keep the shopping experience diverse
    Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance
    Approved vendors will be notified via email

    Breakdown Information:

    Breakdown begins after the close of the event on Sunday
    Vendors are responsible for clearing their entire space and leaving it clean

  • To maintain the quality and overall look of our Vintage Market, all vendors are required to submit photos for review.

    Please submit the following with your application:

    3–5 photos of your products
    At least 1 photo of a previous booth setup (if available)
    If you are a new vendor and do not have a booth photo yet:
    You may submit a sample display or layout idea showing how you plan to present your items.

  • Display Expectations (Once Accepted)
    Approved vendors agree to:

    Create a clean, styled, and inviting booth space
    Use tables, shelving, or displays that enhance the vintage aesthetic
    Cover tables with linens or displays (no bare tables)
    Keep boxes, bins, and extra inventory hidden as much as possible
    Ensure signage is neat and professional

    Important Notes
    Photos submitted should accurately represent what you plan to bring
    Oliver’s Marketplace reserves the right to request minor display adjustments if needed
