Information & Requirements

• All vendors are required to obtain a City of Long Beach special event vendor permit (download permit application here).

• All vendors are required to possess and display a valid seller's permit, which must be provided with your application.

• Vendors will receive wristbands with dedicated vendor access and in/out privileges.
I will comply with City of Long Beach, Board of Health, and Long Beach Fire Department permit requirements. INITIALS:
No overnight camping allowed (on-site overnight security is provided). Festival not responsible for missing or stolen items. INITIALS:
We are a family-oriented event. No sales of drug-related, or items of risqué nature allowed. We reserve the right to prohibit sale of any item. INITIALS:
NO ALCOHOL allowed on-site. Failure to follow this policy will result in immediate removal and permanent ban from event. INITIALS:
All booths and equipment supplied by vendor. Spaces to be kept clean, tidy and decorative. INITIALS:
Vendor space is limited and is available based on first come, first served basis. INITIALS:
Vendors receive one 2-day parking pass per booth (except food trucks). Pass will have your booth name and an assigned space number. Vendors that forget their pass WILL NOT RECEIVE PARKING. Vehicles parked in a wrong spot, or without a pass visible are subject to immediate towing at owner’s expense. INITIALS:
Vendors responsible for their own trash. $150 fee for trash left behind. $250 fee for dumping grease or food in the sink. INITIALS:
Power hookups available for an additional fee. You MAY NOT plug into ANY receptacles that aren't provided to you. Failure to follow policy may result in immediate removal from event without a refund. INITIALS:
All vendors MUST adhere to strict setup and tear down times (to be provided by vendor coordinator). NO tear down until 10:00pm on Sunday evening, after event ends. You will be guided by vendor coordinator. Stay on designated paths. Be respectful and efficient during setup. INITIALS:
ShoreLine Aquatic Park is a City Of Long Beach property. No affixing of structures or items to park trees or infrastructure allowed. Vendor liable for any damage they cause to the City property. INITIALS:
Refund policy: 100% 30 days prior to the event, 50% refund 15-29 days prior to event. NO refunds 14 days or less prior to event. INITIALS:
We DO NOT guarantee sales performance. NO refunds given after event, including acts of God or public health emergencies. INITIALS:
Vendor must supply a Certificate Of Insurance, with a general aggregate coverage minumum of $1,000,000. Certificate should list event location (200 Aquatic Way, Long Beach, CA 90802) and dates (July 19-20, 2025), and name us as an additional insured:
