Non-Sectioned/Seperated reports are generally not accepted for the purposes of Real Estate transactions, if you want an inspection for the purposes of selling your home please see link below to go to the proper scheduling page. This report will not be eligible for  "CERTIFICATION/CLEARANCE" as is often required for Real Estate transactions.

  • WHAT IS A WDO INSPECTION "TERMITE INSPECTION"?

    A WDO Inspection "termite Inspection" Is a Wood Destroying Organisms & pest report. These reports identify issues such as various Wood Destroying Fungi, Subterranean and Drywood Termites, Wood Boring Beetles, plumbing leaks, moisture issues & faulty grade issues. These are just the highlights of what is documented on these reports - other important issues are also reported. These reports are structured by the State of California and have stringent guidelines on what is and is not permitted to be documented on these reports.

     

     

  • WHAT IS A RODENT INSPECTION?

    A Rodent Inspection is a visual inspection of the exterior of the structure, visual inspection of the attic space and ocassionally the garage and interior of the home. Looking to identify areas where rodents are entering or could enter the structure. Finding the appropiate way to seal off the structure to prevent rodents from entering the structure and removing the rodents that may have taken up residence in the home. The Rodent Inspection includes a diagram of the home with icons indicating where an entry point is and pictures of most areas. Then a comprehensive plan is devised to remove the rodents from the stucture. Often times just trapping and baiting for rodents does not remove them from the structure which is why sealing up the structure is critical for rodent remediation.

MAKING THE AREA MORE NOTICEABLE. CENTURION TERMTIE AND PEST CONTROL ASSUMES NO LIABILTY SHOULD THIS OCCUR.
