  • This is a self-service 24-hour rental.

  • Rental Period

  • Pick-Up Window: Between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
    Drop-Off Window: Between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM the following day
    All items must be returned within the designated drop-off window. Late returns may result in additional fees.

    Rental comes in two bins: one bin with the bubble balloon house and one bin with all other necessary accessories and instructions.

  • Space Requirements

    • Flat, clean surface
    • Minimum area: 15 ft x 15 ft
    • Access to a power outlet or option to use a personal generator

  • Self-Service Pickup, Return, and Safety

  • Renter agrees to pick up and return all items within the scheduled windows, transport the equipment safely, and follow all set-up and takedown instructions provided.
    Adult supervision is required at all times.
    No shoes, food, drinks, gum, pets, sharp objects, glitter, slime, confetti, face paint, or staining substances are allowed in or around the unit.
    Do not use the bubble balloon house in rain, wet conditions, high winds, or other unsafe weather conditions.

  • Damage, Cleaning, and Replacement Costs

    • Cleaning Fee (if applicable): $50.00
    • Full Bubble Balloon House Replacement: $500.00
    • Electric Blower Replacement: $150.00
    • Electric Air Pump Replacement: $40.00
    • Tarp Replacement: $20.00
    • Extension Cord Replacement: $25.00
    • Heavy-Duty Stakes Replacement: $5.00 each
    The $50.00 security deposit may be withheld in part or in full for damage, missing items, late return, or excessive cleaning. Additional charges may apply if costs exceed the deposit amount.

  • Liability and Acknowledgment

  • Renter assumes full responsibility for the use, supervision, and care of the rental equipment during the rental period. Soft Celebration Co. is not liable for injuries, damage to personal property, improper setup, or misuse of the equipment.
