Final Registration Form Content Agreement:
- The following highlights are important factors to consider for all vendors. Please sign as an agreement to all the above information and below required agreements:
- As an accepted vendor I will provide payment 48hrs upon acceptance email.
- If accepted to be a vendor I understand and agree to all the information written in this registration form.
- I understand that I must provide and bring my own set up Including Pop up Tent.
- I understand that I'm 100% responsible for cleaning the space/area I'm given and will leave it in the same way it was given to me. The Centers Dumpsters are off limits.
- I understand it is mandatory to post and share my vendor information for this event on social media. Not following this mandated request can result in not being able join future events.
- Updates for all Market events will be posted on Instagram so all vendors should follow Diznoidtoys on Instagram upon application.
- I understand that NO REFUND'S, CREDIT'S, OR TRANSFER’S are disbursed to any vender that cancels for any reason or emergency. Cancelations done by the promoters will be postponed ONLY.
- Vendor applicants understand that their social vendor profiles and collateral will be shared and distributed in social channels in order to promote clientele and customers for the market and future markets. Personal information and payment information will not be shared and will remain private.
IMPORTANT LIABILITY INFORMATION:
Each vendor agrees to release and hold harmless Diznoidtoys and LA Fitness of 16289 Sierra Lakes Parkway Fontana CA 92336, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during the event or any future events. This release applies to all vendors as listed on the application for participation (link to be added) and remains in effect for all future events for which the vendor participates. Each vendor acknowledges and agrees that by signing below, they fully and voluntarily waive any liability claims against Diznoidtoys and LA Fitness of 16289 Sierra Lakes Parkway Fontana CA 92336. By signing this document, the vendor confirms their understanding and agreement to the terms stated herein.
Vendors Booth Fee.
All Merch 10x10 Sections = $55
All Food or Beverage 10x10 Section = $70
All vendors will receive complimentary 1 soft drink or 2 waters.
NOT ALLOWED FOR MARKET
Cannabis, Vapes, Cigars, and anything sold as drugs or smoking is absolutely not allowed!

Food And Beverage
All Food Trucks are responsible for Food Handlers and Beverage are responsible for Permits. A County permit if applicable to be in possession
on the day of the event.
FOOD NOTICE: Food vendors must be willing to limit specialty items or make some minor changes on food sold for this event to allow a variety of options for the customers and to incorporate vendors that sell food without competition on food main selections from the neighboring vendors.

There will be no need to present a seller permit or business license, but feel free to apply for a temporary for this location if you want to get one for this private location but we are not requiring it this time around.

Promotion is mandatory for all vendors:
Each individual market vendor is obligated to promote on all your social media platforms & sharing word of mouth with family and friends. You will need to help invite clientele, family, friends by posting your vending event as soon as we have accepted your application.
Booth Set Up Phase:
- Details TBD Usually 1 1⁄2 hours before the show start time. All vendors must clean up their area before departing, no bulky trash allowed in the trash bins. Please bring a reasonable size trash can of your own.
- Vendor spots will be granted on a first come first serve application basis. All Applicants please read the following details & requirements:
- All vendors must have an active & public social media account; IG or TikTok.
- Food and beverage vendors must bring their permit to have it with them the event.
- Applications will be reviewed according to theme product or art type or sellers abilities. Accepted vendors will receive an email with event information and steps on how to lock in your vender spot. Payment is due within 48hrs after email and is to be paid via zelle or paypal.
- Vendors that do not pay within the 48hrs will forfeit the spot to the next applicant.
- Once all spots are filled we will post a finalized vendor list

If not chosen to participate please stay in touch for future market events that we will promote.
IMPORTANT: Work and Act Responsibly, Diznoidtoys and LA Fitness of 16289 Sierra Lakes Parkway Fontana CA 92336 are NOT accountable for any vendors or their associates for injury or for not securing vendor booth safely and properly. Conduct your business in a diligent fashion. Provide all customers/visitors a safe environment.
CANCELATIONS: If we must cancel the event due to extreme weather or emergencies, there will not be any refund distribution. The event will be scheduled for a different date and will be announced as soon as possible. There are no refunds or credits to future events given for callouts and no shows, but we ask that you please let us know as soon as possible to fill in your place and make adjustments to the event plans.
