There is a non-refundable $20 application fee.

I agree that, if my application is approved, I am required to submit a certificate of liability insurance for the event. Failure to provide this documentation in a timely manner may affect my application’s position in the overall review process.

I understand that dumping or pouring grease on the ground or into drains is strictly prohibited.
