  • I understand that I am responsible for my own trash within my booth area, and must provide my own means of refuse disposal as per Village code. You may not use public trash receptacles to dispose of waste related to your business.*
  • I understand that my booth can be shut down for the following reasons:  a. Sharing and/or subletting a booth with an unapproved vendor  b. Not adhering to  grease and garbage regulations listed above. c. Not providing all required permits & insurance liability.*

  • SATELLITE LOCATION OPPORTUNITY

    The Greenport Maritime Festival is pleased to offer current Greenport businesses the opportunity to participate in a designated satellite location within the festival footprint that is separate from the immediate exterior area of their business premises. Businesses interested in participating in a satellite location must complete the applicable General Artisan Vendor or Food Vendor Application for consideration.

    Please note that satellite location space is limited and placements will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis. All approved participants must comply with festival rules, operational requirements, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

    Any business intending to serve alcoholic beverages from a satellite location must obtain and provide all required approvals, permits, and authorizations from the New York State Liquor Authority (“SLA”) and comply with all applicable SLA regulations.

  • ALCOHOL SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

    Any vendor, restaurant, bar, brewery, winery, or business intending to serve, sell, distribute, or sample alcoholic beverages during the Greenport Maritime Festival must comply with all applicable New York State Liquor Authority (“SLA”) regulations and requirements.

    Applicants serving alcohol outside of their permanently licensed premises must provide:

    • A copy of their current New York State Liquor License
    • Proof of any required temporary extension of premises permit, catering permit, special event permit, or other authorization issued or approved by the New York State Liquor Authority permitting off-premises service during the event

    The applicant acknowledges that approval by the Festival does not supersede or replace any required approvals, permits, or authorizations from the New York State Liquor Authority or local authorities having jurisdiction.

    Failure to provide required documentation prior to the event may result in revocation of participation approval.
