ALCOHOL SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
Any vendor, restaurant, bar, brewery, winery, or business intending to serve, sell, distribute, or sample alcoholic beverages during the Greenport Maritime Festival must comply with all applicable New York State Liquor Authority (“SLA”) regulations and requirements.
Applicants serving alcohol outside of their permanently licensed premises must provide:
• A copy of their current New York State Liquor License
• Proof of any required temporary extension of premises permit, catering permit, special event permit, or other authorization issued or approved by the New York State Liquor Authority permitting off-premises service during the event
The applicant acknowledges that approval by the Festival does not supersede or replace any required approvals, permits, or authorizations from the New York State Liquor Authority or local authorities having jurisdiction.
Failure to provide required documentation prior to the event may result in revocation of participation approval.
