  • Writing Our Grief, Sunday, May 24th

  • Join me in a virtual peer-led writing space, which will offer a few writing prompts around grief. There will be an optional somatic exercise to start, a brief check in on how we are showing up, time to write, and time to share.

    Registration is required and closes on Sunday, 5/24, at noon ET.

     

     

    Payment:

    The space is pay what you can, with a suggested payment of $5-15, and all funds go to me, the facilitator. If you are unable to pay, that is ok, and you are welcome. If you are able to pay, please do, knowing you help sustain my work.

    Accessibility Information:

    The space will be limited to 12 people. There will be an option to be in the main space or a smaller breakout room for conversation time post-writing.

    About the Facilitator:


    Jenn is a white, working class, fat, queer, Mad, griefy being who was further disabled by Long COVID in 2023. Her disabled mom died alone from COVID in December 2020. 


    Jenn has provided trauma-informed peer support in various settings, including 1:1 sessions and facilitated group spaces for survivors of sexual violence and COVID bereaved individuals. They have dedicated time to advocacy, community organizing, COVID memorialization work, and creating spaces for collective and disenfranchised grief. You can frequently find Jenn wandering the forest.
