Our "Pie of the Weekend" this week is Sugar Cream Pie (also known as Hoosier Pie) that we only make a few times a year!

Sorry we are out of several pie flavors and completely out of ice cream -- we're in the process of training in another employee so we can hopefully catch up on all pie flavors and ice cream by the end of May.

Sugar Cream Pie

Also known as Hoosier Pie, this is a very popular flavor that tastes much like creme brulee in pie form. We make a simple vanilla custard type of filling and sprinkle on a bit of cinnamon-sugar that gets hit with a torch until there is a thin layer of sugar-glass on top. The day we make the pies you can shatter the sugar topping with your fork! If any pie survives for the next day, the sugar topping softens overnight which some people prefer even more.

You can pay via cash/check/card/Venmo at pickup (4% surcharge for credit card/Venmo)
Since I do not have a dedicated GF kitchen, my GF items would not be considered celiac-friendly.
