Independent Contractor Opportunity (1099)
Monitored Life is seeking a qualified Mobile Drug & Alcohol Collector to perform professional specimen collections in the field. This position is ideal for an experienced collector who is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to compliance standards.

Schedule Availability Required
Applicant must be available to perform collections between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have 6 to 8 months of collection experience and meet the following requirements:
Current Urine Collection Certification
Proof of 5 error-free mock collections for urine collection
Current BAT Certification
Proof of 5 error-free mock collections for BAT testing
Reliable transportation
Valid auto insurance
Professional, dependable, and able to travel for mobile collections
Independent Contractor Requirements
This is a 1099 contractor position. Contractors must maintain:
Errors and Omissions (E&O) Insurance Coverage
Reliable vehicle for travel to collection locations
Ability to work independently and professionally in the field
