By submitting this form, I agree to the following.

I agree to exhibit my work at Friends of Metuchen Arts Gallery at 315A Main St, Metuchen NJ, 08840, for the duration of this exhibition.

I understand that Friends of Metuchen Arts will take reasonable precautions to keep the artwork safe and secure for the time the artwork is on the premises.

Should there be damage or loss of work, however, I will not hold Friends of Metuchen Arts responsible and will expect no monetary reimbursement nor compensation of any kind for said damage or loss.

Furthermore, I agree to allow my work to be photographed both as part of the documentation of the exhibition and as part of any publicity for the Gallery and/or the exhibition.

Friends of Metuchen Arts will collect payment for any sales, including sales tax, and will retain 20% of the sale price as commission. 80% of the sale price is payable to the artist within 15 days of the end of the exhibition.
I confirm that this work is my original creation and I hold all rights to submit and display it.I understand that submission does not guarantee selection and I will be notified of the decision.I agree to the exhibition's terms and conditions, including the commission structure.I consent to my work and name being used in promotional materials for this exhibition.I would like to receive the community arts newsletter and future open call announcements.
