  • SNR Program Staff

  • The SNR Program staff shares in the responsibility of the successful leadership and management of the SNR Programs within the organization according to the strategic direction set by the Executive Director and Board of Directors. This position works under the direct supervision of the Program Coordinator. Work and flextime will be coordinated as needed by the Executive Director. Work hours are not typical, and some night and weekend work will be required monthly.
  • Responsibilities

    • Work with and mentor participants of the SNR Programs to help build Life and Socialization Skills
    • Day-to-day delivery of the programs and services of the organization to maintain or improve quality
    • Provide support to SNR programs as needed, this includes but it not limited to any one program, LIFE Group, Camp All-Stars, Evening Group and SNR Sports
    • Establish good working relationships and collaborative arrangements with community groups, and other organizations to help achieve the goals of the organization
    • Assist with all SNR Event planning, set-up, execution, and cleanup
    • All other duties as assigned

    • The Program Staff reports directly to the Executive Director
  • The Program Staff answers directly to the Program Coordinator
    Approx. Hours per Week: 10-40 Hours
  • Pay Range: $8-$20 hourly
