    In accepting my entry, I hereby release and discharge Heartland Equestrian Center, HART Equine Therapeutic Center, Inc., and their respective officers, members, sponsors, and owners from any and all claims for right of damage that may occur to my horse(s) or myself.  I also assume and accept full responsibility for any damage done by myself or my horse(s) at this show.  I hereby release any photos taken of me and my horse(s) to be used on HART Equine Therapeutic Center, Inc.'s website and Facebook page.
