Volunteer Acknowledgement
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. AGREEMENT TO THE GUIDELINES AT THE END OF THIS FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED. Each application is carefully reviewed by the Echo Park Pride team. If selected, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps, including shift details, responsibilities, and event information. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for application processing. Final volunteer assignments and schedules will be shared via email by Monday, May 18, 2026, prior to the event. You will also receive details about arrival times, check-in location, and any necessary instructions. Volunteers are expected to commit to their assigned shift. If you are no longer able to participate, please notify us as soon as possible so we can accommodate accordingly. The use or possession of alcohol, tobacco, or drugs is not permitted while volunteering at the event.
