    Participants are strongly advised to seek medical approval before entering this tournament. Qatar Tennis Federation, cannot be held responsible for any injuries, or death sustained as a result of participating in this event. To the best of my knowledge I am in good physical condition to participate in this event. I waive any liability the QTF may have arising out of my participation in this tournament.

  • RULES & REGULATIONS

    1. All matches will be played at Khalifa International Tennis & Squash Complex.
    2. Seeding will be based on a player’s QTF ranking and technical committee’s
      evaluation. The decision of the committee is final.
    3. Play Format:
      • 7&U match will be played one match tie-break (10 points)
      • 8&U match will be played one short sets (tie-break at 3 all) with no advantage
      • 10&U matches will be played two short sets (tie-break at 3 all) final set
        with match tie-break (10 points) with no advantage.
      • 12&U matches will be played best of two tie-break sets and final set will be played match tie-break (10 points) to decide the match with no advantage.
    4. ITF and QTF code of conduct will be applied.
    5. All players must sign-in with the officiating coordinator or the referee at the time of scheduled match.
    6. Entry forms without QTF Player ID will not be accepted.
    7. Entry fees are to be paid at the recieption.
    8. To make a QTF Player ID, please contact QTF on 4440 9666.
    9. Each player is allowed to enter in only 1 Singlesز

     

    GENERAL INFORMATION

    The awarding ceremony will be on 17th May 2026 after the last match at Khalifa International Tennis & Squash Complex.
    Last date of entry is on 6th of May 2026, 12 noon.
    Draw date & order of play is on 7th of May 2026 at qatartennis.com
    Matches will start on 11th of May 2026.
