We agree to pay in full the remaining balance (after deposit) by cash or check on the selected concert date prior to the onset of the performance.We agree to make check payable to God Family Country Ministries.We agree to make power available and if the event is held outdoors, provide roof over the stage area. Artist will provide all PA equipment needed for performance.

This agreement is between you and Steven Paul McCollum for the event described. Steven agrees to so perform according to the terms and conditions listed.
