For proof of low income, you will need to provide one of the following:
- A PDF download or photos of your paper-copy bank statement which clearly shows your name and address which matches your provided address, dated within the last three months. Please include all pages.
- A PDF download or photo of your latest paper-copy benefit award letter which clearly shows your name and address which matches your provided address.
AND

For proof of using heating oil, you will need to provide one of the following:
- A recent delivery invoice or receipt.
- A bank statement showing payment to an oil supplier.
- An EPC or tenancy agreement confirming oil heating.
Please note we DO NOT accept screenshots.

Evidence is required otherwise the application will be delayed.

I would like to apply for financial assistance
You can only apply if you live in Wiltshire. Your application will not be processed if you live outside of that area.
The following must apply to you or someone in your household to be eligible for financial assistance. Either:
- Receive means tested benefits OR
- Household income under £35,000 for a family or under £28,000 for a single person.
AND one of the following:
- Vulnerability within the household, such as young children (aged 5 and under) or older residents (aged 65 and over) .
- A health condition exacerbated by cold homes, such as respiratory or cardiovascular conditions.
- Live in a poorly energy efficient home (EPC rating D or below).
