    • Upon acceptance and approval of the application, you will receive an offical contract and payment will be due at that time

  • About

    • The Pennsylvania National Horse Show is an ideal venue for reaching all facets of the horse industry: owner, trainer, rider and fan! This 11-day event attracts sport horse enthusiasts and top talent from across the country and the Globe. Horses, riders and trainers work all year long to qualify for the honor of competing at “Harrisburg.”

    The Facility

    • The Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex is conveniently located near the center of downtown Harrisburg, Pennsylvania – the State Capitol. The facility is 24 acres under roof and the entire event (stabling, schooling rings, competition ring & trade show) takes place indoors with ample on-site and off-site parking. 

    The Experience

    • More than 1,800 qualified competitors throughout the 11-day show, each bringing 4+ grooms and family members along; roughly 10,000 On-site spectators throughout the show.

    Booth Space

    • Located on the Upper Concourse of the Harrisburg Arena, full booths are a generous 18’ wide by 10’ deep. Move in on Wednesdays and move out on Sundays at completion of the show day.

     ***Application submission does not guarantee space at the show

    ***Space is limited and must be requested via Application. Specific booth locations will be assigned upon approval with contract and deposit submission. Returning vendors receive first priority.

    Accommodations

    There are numerous hotels and restaurants within a 5-mile radius of the Farm Show Complex. Be sure to check our website for a list of Official Hotels. A very limited amount of Camper Spaces are also available on-site.
