Please complete this form if you fall into one of the following categories:

You are the official AIPC representative and are authorised to vote on behalf of your Centre during the General Assembly.
You are the official AIPC representative and would like to nominate a colleague from your Centre to vote on behalf of your Centre.
You are the official AIPC representative and would like to assign your voting proxy to another AIPC Member Centre that will be attending the General Assembly

If none of the above applies to you, there is no need to complete this form.

If you wish to assign your proxy to another Member Centre, please ensure that they have confirmed their attendance before submitting your proxy nomination.

Proxy registrations must be submitted no later than 19 May 2026.
