To ensure Valerie is able to serve well and arrive prepared, accommodations are required for any multi-day engagement, events requiring 3+ hours of travel (one way), or all international bookings. For international invitations, hosts must indicate proposed flight arrangements, hotel accommodations, and local transportation plans as part of the inquiry process. Valerie prefers flying Premium Economy and a window seat for all long-haul flights
