Lunchtime Track Parade Booking Form

This form is for use by members of the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club and Staffordshire Porsche Owners & Drivers to book a lunchtime parade lap at the 2026 Donington Historic Festival. 

The track parades take place during the lunch break and may be subject to timetable changes.

• Saturday Parade Lap - open to Jaguar Enthusiasts Club Members
• Sunday Parade Lap - open to Staffordshire Porsche Owners & Driver Members

Spaces on the parade are limited and subject to availability on a first come first served basis. The cost is £15 per car. Participants must also have entry tickets to the event to gain access and to take part in the parade.

The confirmation email from your booking is your ticket for the parade. We look forward to welcoming you to the event!

CAR CLUB PARADE LAP INFORMATION

In making a booking you agree to comply with the terms and conditions shown below on this form and with any safety briefing and other instructions given to you on the day by the event crew, who will check your booking against the list and issue your parade car sticker, without which you will not be allowed out on track. 
 
PLEASE NOTE THE TIMINGS FOR THE DAY YOU HAVE SELECTED:

Saturday Parade Lap Timings
All vehicle movement MUST be escorted by the Event Team to
ensure public safety. (approx. times & subject to race schedule)
12:45 - Be ready at your vehicle and wait to be instructed by the event
team. Please DO NOT move your vehicle until the Event Team instruct
you to do so. Maximum speed limit on site is 5MPH.
13:00 - Commencement of vehicle parade lap onto the circuit. At the
end of the parade lap you will be directed off the circuit and back to
your parking area. Maximum speed limit on site is 5MPH.

Sunday Parade Lap Timings
All vehicle movement MUST be escorted by the Event Team to
ensure public safety. (approx. times & subject to race schedule)
12:55 - Be ready at your vehicle and wait to be instructed by the event
team. Please DO NOT move your vehicle until the Event Team instruct
you to do so. Maximum speed limit on site is 5MPH.
13:10 - Commencement of vehicle parade lap onto the circuit. At the
end of the parade lap you will be directed off the circuit and back to
your parking area. Maximum speed limit on site is 5MPH.

ALL PARADES

• All drivers must be in possession of a FULL and valid driving licence. 
• Please do not move your vehicle until requested to do so by an official marshal.
• There is to be NO overtaking and NO “hanging back” to create an excessive gap.
• Passengers may be carried within the accommodation provided by the vehicle manufacturer.
• The parade will be led by a control car, and you must not exceed 30 mph at any time.
• All drivers and passengers are required to wear seatbelts or racing harnesses at all times when on the circuit. 
• Please note, your participation, and that of any of your passengers, in the parade laps is entirely at your own risk. 
• Please note, that if there is a delay to the race timetable, we may need to cancel or shorten the parade to ensure that racing can continue on schedule.
