Thank you for planning to join us for the 2026 Family Weekend and AGM, scheduled for July 10th to 12th at Champetre County near Saint Denis! We have a fun weekend planned with educational sessions, family activities, and time to connect with others in the bleeding disorder community.
Who is this for?
Our Family Weekend is for anyone who experiences a bleeding disorder and their family members. You must be a member of Hemophilia Saskatchewan to attend, so we may ask you to complete a registration form if you are not already a member.
What is included?
Your registration includes 2 nights accommodation. There are limited cabins available, but there are also campsites nearby if you would like to bring your RV or tent. All meals from Friday evening through breakfast on Sunday will also be included, along with many activities.
What will we be doing?
Adults and young adults (approx 16+, depending on registration and session content) may participate in the weekend's educational sessions and AGM. If sessions aren't suited to younger participants, alternative activities will be offered. Child minding is available for children during sessions and the AGM only. Activities for all ages will be scheduled throughout the weekend. There will also be lots of time for family-bonding, and you can enjoy the nearby amenities, including the Lost Corral Wooden Maze, hiking trails, and campfires!
What is the cost?
Thanks to our generous funders, we are pleased to offer this event at a reduced cost of $50 per person, to a maximum of $200 per household. Payment can be made by e-transfer in advance of the event. If this cost is a barrier to your family attending, please reach out to us to arrange for a subsidy. The AGM is free to attend. If you plan to only attend the AGM and supper, the charge will be $25 per person (for supper).
Due to limited availability, e-transfer must be made by June 6, 2026, to secure your spot.
