City-Wide Block Party Vendor and Food Truck Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 5th Annual City-Wide Block Party at Cheney Stadium hosted by True Vine Community Church!

Each year, this free community event brings thousands of families from across Tacoma together for an unforgettable day of fun, connection, and community. From the largest youth zone in Tacoma and live entertainment to our biggest Back-to-School Giveaway yet, the day is designed to serve, celebrate, and make a lasting impact.

We're excited to welcome local businesses, vendors, and food trucks to be part of this incredible event. Whether you're introducing your business to new customers or serving your favorite menu items, we appreciate your partnership in helping make this one of Tacoma's premier community events.

Please Note: This registration form is for vendors, food vendors, food trucks, businesses, and organizations SELLING products, merchandise, food, or services during the event.

Before completing your registration, please review the following vendor policies and event information.

Event Schedule

Vendor & Food Truck Setup: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Event Hours: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Breakdown & Load-Out: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
All vendors must be fully set up and ready to operate by 11:00 AM.

Booth Spaces
Standard Vendor Booth Rentals include one 10' x 10' space. Extended Booth Rentals include one 10' x 20' space for vendors needing additional room. Vendors must remain within their assigned space unless additional space has been approved in advance.

Food Vendors
Food vendors include both food booths and food trucks serving food and/or beverages. All food vendors are responsible for meeting Washington State Department of Health and local health department requirements, including any required permits, a valid Washington State Food Worker Card, and any other applicable regulations.

Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for providing everything needed to operate their booth, including tents or canopies, canopy weights, tables, chairs, extension cords, generators, signage, cooking equipment, and any other necessary supplies. Staking tents or equipment into the ground is not permitted.

Electricity will not be available on-site. Vendors needing power must provide their own quiet generator and indicate that need during registration.

If your setup includes a trailer, food truck, oversized display, mobile unit, or other large activation, please provide the full dimensions during registration so we can assign an appropriate space.

Additional Information
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. The City-Wide Block Party is a rain-or-shine outdoor event.

All vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, or other approvals required by the City of Tacoma, Pierce County, Washington State, or any other applicable governing agency.

Please provide a detailed description of the products, services, or menu items you plan to offer during the event.

Please provide a brief overview of your setup (e.g., tent, vehicle, racks, displays, equipment, etc.) so our team can better understand your operational layout and placement needs. Food vendors must also include the approximate length/size of their food truck or trailer.

Vendor Booth Rental (Non-Food/Beverage)

Reserve a standard 10x10 vendor booth space for retail items, merchandise, or promotional materials.

This category is intended for NON-FOOD/BEVERAGE vendors and organizations. Booth spaces must remain within the assigned 10x10 area. Vendors are responsible for providing all tables, chairs, tents, displays, power sources, extension cords, and any additional equipment or supplies needed for operation.

Extended Vendor Booth Rental (Non-Food/Beverage)

Reserve a 10x20 double booth space for larger displays, expanded product setups, interactive experiences, or organizations requiring additional operating space.

This category is intended for NON-FOOD/BEVERAGE vendors and organizations. Booth spaces must remain within the assigned 10x10 area. Vendors are responsible for providing all tables, chairs, tents, displays, power sources, extension cords, and any additional equipment or supplies needed for operation.

Food/Beverage Booth or Food Truck

Reserve a designated space for vendors PREPARING, SERVING, and/or SELLING FOOD and/or BEVERAGES to the public through a food/beverage booth or licensed food truck.

Food/beverage vendors are required to provide and maintain the following prior to event:

• Valid authorization to operate as a business in Washington State

• Current Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department (TPCHD) Mobile Food Unit Permit and/or any required temporary food establishment permits

• Valid Washington State Food Worker Card(s) for required personnel

• A current Certificate of Insurance (COI) meeting event requirements

Vendors are responsible for providing all equipment, utilities, supplies, and operational materials needed for service during the event. Vendors are also responsible for complying with all applicable food safety, sanitation, licensing, and tax requirements.

Please note: Event organizers reserve the right to request additional documentation required by Cheney Stadium, the City of Tacoma, or applicable permitting authorities.
