Event Schedule
Vendor & Food Truck Setup: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Event Hours: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Breakdown & Load-Out: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
All vendors must be fully set up and ready to operate by 11:00 AM.
Booth Spaces
Standard Vendor Booth Rentals include one 10' x 10' space. Extended Booth Rentals include one 10' x 20' space for vendors needing additional room. Vendors must remain within their assigned space unless additional space has been approved in advance.
Food Vendors
Food vendors include both food booths and food trucks serving food and/or beverages. All food vendors are responsible for meeting Washington State Department of Health and local health department requirements, including any required permits, a valid Washington State Food Worker Card, and any other applicable regulations.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for providing everything needed to operate their booth, including tents or canopies, canopy weights, tables, chairs, extension cords, generators, signage, cooking equipment, and any other necessary supplies. Staking tents or equipment into the ground is not permitted.
Electricity will not be available on-site. Vendors needing power must provide their own quiet generator and indicate that need during registration.
If your setup includes a trailer, food truck, oversized display, mobile unit, or other large activation, please provide the full dimensions during registration so we can assign an appropriate space.
Additional Information
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. The City-Wide Block Party is a rain-or-shine outdoor event.
All vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, or other approvals required by the City of Tacoma, Pierce County, Washington State, or any other applicable governing agency.
