To help ensure a smooth and successful experience for all vendors, please carefully review vendor policies and event logistics:
Vendor & Food Truck Setup: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Event Hours: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Breakdown & Load-Out: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
All vendors and food vendors must be fully set up and event-ready by 11:00 AM on the day of the event.
Vendor Booth Rentals include a standard 10’ x 10’ space. Extended Vendor Booth Rentals include a 10’ x 20’ double booth space for vendors requiring additional room for displays, inventory, or activations. Vendors must remain within their assigned space unless additional space has been approved in advance.
Food Vendors include both food booths and food trucks serving food and/or beverages to the public. All food vendors are required to comply with Washington State Department of Health and local health department regulations, including possession of a valid Washington State Food Worker Card and any required temporary food service permits.
All vendors are responsible for providing their own setup materials and operational equipment, tents/canopies, canopy weights, extension cords, generators, signage, cooking equipment, and any additional supplies necessary for operation. Staking into the ground is strictly prohibited.
Electricity will not be provided on-site. Vendors requiring power must supply their own quiet generator and indicate this need during registration.
Vendors with oversized setups, trailers, mobile units, or other expanded activations must provide complete setup dimensions at the time of registration to ensure proper event placement.
All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. This is a rain-or-shine outdoor event.
All vendors are solely responsible for securing and maintaining any required licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, or approvals required by the City of Tacoma, Pierce County, Washington State, or any applicable governing agency.
