ULI 2026 Student Application

August 17th - 24th Monday - Thursday 9am - 3pm
Congratulations on being nominated to attend the 2026 Urban leadership Institute!

Being nominated highlights your respect for yourself, your family, your friends, your community and your willingness to accept leadership and promote other young people to have a voice in life!

Scholarships are given to all who are accepted to the Institute.

Please complete this application as soon as possible.

On receiving this scholarship, you are required to attend all 8 days and are responsible for your own transportation to the location, unless otherwise noted in your acceptance letter.

Scholarships include all activities snacks and lunch each day. Please answer the following questions as completely as you can.

Utica Residents ONLY - If you live in Utica we will provide transportation to and from home each day of programming (Aug 17th - Aug 27th Monday - Thursday). Do you need transportation?
