I understand that participation may involve certain risks, including but not limited to travel, public interaction, and event-related activities. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of South Carolina, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the campaign, its officers, staff, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in campaign activities. I agree to follow all campaign guidelines, safety instructions, and applicable laws while volunteering. I understand that I am not an employee of the campaign and will not receive compensation for my volunteer service.
Media Release
I grant permission to the campaign to use my likeness: I authorize the use of my photograph, video, and/or audio recordings for campaign-related purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, digital communications, and printed materials. I understand that these materials may be used without compensation and may be edited or reproduced as needed. I understand that I may revoke this consent in writing at any time for future use.
